Organizational and Business Systems Integration Practice

Ron Young brings to this training his unique perspective on the interconnectedness of movements within Organizations and Businesses as they relate to dynamics within the family field, perspective and images held within the field, as well as principles of reorganization and regeneration of the deeper field.

In this training, we experience the foundational principles behind Organizational and Business Systems Integration Practice. Working directly with the deeper structure of the organization, we view the underlying movements that lead to success and empowerment of the owners, workers, and individuals connected to the organization. 

This is not a straight-forward look at organizations from a systemic view. Here, we explore the deeper issues, often unconsciously, at play within an organization. The movements revealed within an organizational Systems Integration Practice are very precise and accurate. The System Integration Practitioner is not the consultant. The Systems Integration Practice itself is the consultant/mentor revealing and offering wisdom insights directly to the client of the hidden movements behind the “known difficulties" that are calling for urgent attention. From within this seat of perception, the Client is empowered to enter new regenerative organizational movements and agreements for the Greater Future of the organization.

This special topic training includes meditation and direct experience working with real organizations and businesses, including themes within personal empowerment, and the honoring orders of success in our lives.

This training is open to all returning students who have done extensive training with Ron Young, not only business owners or Systems Integration Practitioner seeking knowledge in this area of study.
