Healing Wisdom/2026-2027 Advanced International Systems Integration Training — Asia | Year Three

2026-2027 Advanced International Systems Integration Training — Asia | Year Three

Oct 2026 – Oct 2027 | Online | Limited to advanced and long term students who are citizens of Asia

Training Overview

Over the past two years, our advanced training has become a deeply valued container for direct teaching and hands-on experience. As we deepen and expand our practices together in this space, our collective work facilitates profound personal and collective movement.

This final year is structured to bring our collective work to maturity—where the practices you have integrated at a deep level are brought forth to the world in which we live. We will be working with what Ron refers to as The Big Field and the Deep Field Systems Integration Practice—developed through his own investigations and direct experience with clients. These systems integration practices are oriented to the greater inner reality of the client and open the way for regeneration and reorganization, particularly in life-challenging or life-threatening situations.

The intensive will be held within the framework of how Ron received the teachings from his own teachers—rooted in the Great Door of Our Nature, trusting in the opening of “direct knowing,” and going forward to meet each client and their life situation with humility and readiness.

Ron’s dedication to the growth of his students continues to be at the heart of the Advanced Training.

Deepening Your Inner Development

Ron will be diving deeply into teachings to support your inner development.

  • Advanced Meditation Practices

  • Deep Regenerative and Inner Reorganizational Development

  • Regenerative Systems Integration Practice and Deep Field Work

  • Heart and Mind Systems Integration Practice

Generating Your Successful — Practice Professional Development as a Regenerative Life Guide

A new dimension to the work will be offered for the final year of the Advanced Training, which has explicitly been designed for your group. Ron will hold a series of special topics throughout the online weekends. This is the first time Ron is teaching these topics, with the purpose of providing deep support and assisting in your going forward.

STUDENT TEACHING APPLICATION

This is the heart of the program, where you have the opportunity to step more fully into the role of practitioner and deepen your confidence, presence, and facilitation skills. Building on the foundations developed in previous years, these sessions provide a supportive environment to practice, refine, and integrate your learning through direct experience.

The Advanced Year Three Training has a different format. Please arrive prepared to facilitate a meditation, regenerative reorganization, systems integration practice, and/or a one with one systems integration practice for a client (friend or family outside of the group). Each meeting will begin with a short practice, followed by one or two Student Teaching Application(s), offering opportunities to teach, receive feedback, and learn from one another. TEACHING ASSISTANT PROGRAM

Role of Teaching Assistant in Student Teaching Application Program

The Student Teaching Application Program format this year will be significantly different from previous years. There will be no predetermined themes. A key new element this year is that each small group will begin working with clients—friends or family members from outside the program. Each small group will be led by a pair of Teaching Assistants, who will share responsibility for guiding and coordinating the group.

General program:

  • There will be two clients per student application session.

  • Teaching Assistants will organize two facilitators and two clients for each student teaching application session.

  • All students are invited to participate in leading the healings or constellation sessions for a client.

  • Teaching Assistants will lead at least one of the healings or constellation sessions throughout the duration of the student application series.

  • Teaching Assistants will send a follow up survey to the clients.

  • The student who led the healing will be responsible for meeting the client for a follow up session.

Responsibilities

Teaching Assistants (TAs) work in partnership with a designated co-TA to coordinate, support, and co-lead their small group throughout the Student Teaching Application Program. Together, they create a well-organized, supportive, and participatory environment for student practice and client care.

1. Co-Lead and Support the Small Group

  • Share responsibility equally with the co-TA for the group’s organization, participation, and development.

  • Encourage active participation, confidence, and skill development among students.

  • Create opportunities for students to lead meditations and/or facilitate sessions.

  • Lead by example through active participation, reliability, initiative, and service.

2. Organize and Support Student Teaching Application Sessions

Before Each Session

  • Coordinate participation of two clients and two facilitators.

  • Help assign students to facilitate each client session.

  • Clarify roles and responsibilities with the co-TA and relevant staff.

  • Ensure clients and facilitators receive necessary information and preparation.

  • Support session logistics and adherence to the established structure and timing.

During Each Session

  • Welcome participants and orient them to the session’s purpose and structure.

  • Help establish a stable, respectful, and supportive group environment.

  • Ensure that the facilitator helps the client understand what to expect during the session and receives the appropriate follow-up information.

  • Lead at least one Meditation, Healing or Constellation during the program.

  • Lead a brief group reflection and invite questions.

After Each Session

  • Coordinate client follow-up and ensure each client receives a follow-up survey.

  • Ensure the student facilitator understands their responsibility for the client follow-up session.

  • Collect completed client surveys following the follow-up meeting.

3. Maintain Personal Practice and Professional Development

  • Attend all Student Teaching Application sessions listed in the program materials.

  • Continue working one-on-one with clients outside the program.

  • Remain committed to ongoing practice, learning, and service.

Entry Criteria

Applicants to the Teaching Assistant Program are expected to meet the following criteria:

  • Application requirements: Have completed at least one 18-Month Training, the first two years of the Advanced International Systems Integration Practice Training, and registered for the third year.

  • Attendance: Committed to attending all Student Teaching Application sessions listed in the program promotional materials.

  • Partnership & Collaboration: Willingness to work in partnership with a second designated Teaching Assistant, sharing responsibilities equally and supporting one another throughout the yearlong training.

  • Group Leadership: Be prepared to co-organize and support your small group, including organizing Clients (friends and family), liaising with Healing Wisdom and Hezong staff as needed,

  • Service: Be committed not only to serving and supporting clients, but also to encouraging the participation and development of fellow students by creating opportunities for all group members to lead meditations and/or serve as facilitators.

  • Leadership & Initiative: Be prepared to lead by example, take initiative, and actively fulfill the responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant role.

  • Ongoing Practice: Be committed to maintaining and developing a private healing practice, including working one-on-one with clients outside of the program.

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Teaching Assistant Program.

  • Failure to uphold these commitments may result in disqualification from the application process.

Application and Deadline

Students must be enrolled in Year 3 before applying for the Teaching Assistant program. The application deadline is Oct 16th, 2026.

To apply, please complete and submit the application form in your preferred language:

ADDITIONAL WORK AND TIME COMMITMENT

In addition to structured training and practicum times, all students are expected to maintain a meditation practice and engage in opportunities for "hands-on" experiences with both spiritual healing practices and spiritual constellations.

IN-PERSON WEEKLONG INTENSIVE

This in-person weeklong training is offered separate from the Year 3 program and is not required for completion. However, it is highly recommended for those wishing to deepen their experience of the work. It offers an opportunity to strengthen your ability to sit with clients, deepen your embodiment of the teachings, and engage with the work through direct practice and transmission.

This immersive intensive will help you connect to the teachings as they have been passed down to Ron through his lineage, while also serving as a powerful complement to Year 3, supporting the integration and enrichment of the learning that unfolds throughout the program.
